Unless otherwise advised by a doctor or consultant/specialist not exceed: 4-8 drops per day: 2-4 drops / 2-3 times a day

I have been using the oil for 3 days and I can already see the first effects. Firstly I am calmer, secondly the daytime sleepiness has almost completely disappeared.
